What is Alliance Mining

A business-engagement platform backed by 14 years of ALLIANCE.

Who is behind it, what we do, and why our participation matters to a company operating in or supplying the mining sector.

Our origin

Alliance Mining is an ALLIANCE initiative.

ALLIANCE is a corporate positioning and business-engagement firm that has worked for 14 years in energy, infrastructure, logistics and heavy industry, connecting companies, governments and institutions in complex, regulated sectors.

Alliance Mining was created as ALLIANCE's sector platform for mining: its purpose is to build relationships in the sector, connect operating companies' needs with relevant supplier capabilities, and facilitate conversations with real follow-through.

We draw on the experience and method of Energy Alliance and Oil & Gas Alliance — verticals of the same ecosystem in the energy sector — without presenting the group's overall track record as exclusive mining results.

What we are and what we are not

Clarity on our role in the sector

What we are

A permanent business-engagement infrastructure: we help understand needs, build trust between parties, facilitate relevant approaches, and follow up on the agreements that result from those conversations.

What we are not

We are not a mining operator, a mine owner, a certifying authority, or an independent civil association. Nor are we an open contact directory or an intermediary that guarantees contracts.

Why it matters

Why our participation is relevant

A company that approaches Alliance Mining gets something different from a directory or a trade fair: a structured process, with method, ethics and traceability, that respects both parties' time and prioritizes relevance over the volume of contacts.

Method & ethics

We apply the same process standard ALLIANCE has developed over 14 years in complex, regulated sectors.

The right counterpart

It's not about generating random contacts, but preparing the right approach between the right people.

Documented follow-up

Agreements resulting from an engagement are documented and followed up on — not abandoned after the first meeting.

Each engagement depends on the relevance and interest of both parties. Engagement does not imply a guaranteed contract or automatic access to buyers.
